Welcome to Unity Church of Greenville where our desire is to inspire and transform our world through meditation, loving acts of service and practical spiritual teaching.

Unity Church is a diverse ministry that embraces unconditional love and radiates acceptance. At Unity, we believe that there is one power and one presence, God, the good, omnipotent, and that a connection with this power opens us up to our highest good. As we saturate ourselves in the loving awareness of this Divine Presence, we begin to transform our individual lives, our community and our world.

This transformation begins with an open heart which leads to an expanded consciousness within the individual and thereby positively affects the external world in which we live. We understand that we have the power of choice and we choose to acknowledge the good in every person and know that there is nowhere that the presence of God is not. We embrace that Spirit or God is not “out there” or “up there,” but lives right here, within each and every person, and by connecting with this power, we can see the fulfillment of heaven on earth.

Although there are many names for what is commonly called God we recognize that this is the same ‘One Power’ that can express in a variety of ways. Each individual is encouraged to discover his or her own unique way of expressing and demonstrating spiritual truth as it begins to unfold within their being.
